I have been just sitting here reading and posting for about two hours and I just noticed how all of my posts have been somewhat based on what song i was listening to at the time. .
This reminded me of a philosophical theory i had a while ago. It was that your personality is never exactly the same. It is constanly being changed by your own thoughts, and then just as much by outside influences. For instance i always thought that those stupid dramas with the people living on islands or whatever were really idiotic because the people didn't act like normal people. You know, how they always start having affairs or getting into rediculous fudes. However recently i realized that they might not necessarily be scripted. The people might just start acting that way because they know they are being video taped and so they start acting wierd like the people on the dramas they have seen. This could explain why Holden lies so much and tries to be grown up.
